I’m now thinking perhaps the trees are watching us as we walk among them, wishing for us to treat them well. But they’re getting on with their busy lives anyway, even when we’re not watching. Thanks for sharing this brilliant piece, Fiona.
Here’s my response to Tuesday’s creative constraint. I listened to birdsong from a walk in the woods and, in 140 characters, wrote what a bird might be saying:
See you all tomorrow as we pack our cases ready to TRAVEL.
